Welcome to my practice and thank you for your interest in what I do.

I came to this path of mending the cracks in body, mind, and spirit through my own personal struggles and natural inclination to feel with the collective. My innate understanding of the need to balance my own relationship with nourishment and the rhythms of the nature lead me to live and work for several seasons in intentional community on organic farms. Cultivating and preparing my own vibrant, earth based meals, and living closely with the earth and community restored my vitality and kindled an inner flame to deeply explore the interrelationship between self, substance, and environment. Ayurveda so eloquently illustrates these ever changing micro/macrocosm dynamics and naturally, I found myself hungering for the wisdom of a teacher on this path. In 2007, I began a period of training in yoga, massage, bodywork, and doula services, which culminated in 2016 with the opportunity to formally study Ayurveda at The Ayurvedic Institute’s rigorous 2 year program.  I have synthesized these 15 years of study and practice into the offerings I share today.  I am grateful that despite many twists and turns, my dedication to this healing work continues to remain strong and my curiosity to keep learning alongside my fellow humans is deep.
